Export Rates
|
All transactions made are non-refundable, unless there is a problem exporting.
The current going rate for forum exports and/or downloadable backups is a $20 initial fee and $1 for every 100 posts.
Additionally, we offer a transfer service (for a fee) if you need assistance in transferring your board. If you purchase the transfer service, you will have to give us details on your host such as FTP details, control panel details, username, password, etc. Details on the transfer service are below.

Requirements
|
- A fresh install of MyBB 1.1.x. Converted data may not work on older or newer versions of MyBB. You can download the latest version of MyBB on their downloads page.
- You must have a host that can run MyBB with MySQL and PHP.

What Will NOT Be Transferred?
|
- Settings will NOT be converted when you transfer your board.
- Attachments will also NOT be transferred. You will have to reupload all attachments that are on your forum.

Transfer Service
|
If you need assistance in transferring your board, we offer a transfer service for a price. These charges only apply if you need help setting up your exported forum elsewhere.
The current going rate for the transfer service fee is a $5 initial fee and $1 for every 100 posts.

To Request an Export
|
- First, go into the Admin Control Panel of your CreateMyBB forum and go to the "Support Tickets" page under "CreateMyBB Network"
- Select the "Export" department.
- Enter the details required (your email address and current CreateMyBB forum URL)
- In the message box, simply state that you would like to have your CreateMyBB forum exported. If you would like the transfer service, please request that too.
- A support team representative will reply as soon as possible, explaining the methods as payment. As soon as we can after we receive the payment, we will export your forum and provide you a link to your database.
- When you have downloaded your database, please let us know so we can remove the file from our servers. If no reply is received, it will be removed 72 hours (3 days) after it was uploaded.
- Your account will NOT be deleted from our servers unless requested. Instead, we will suspend your account as soon as we export the forum.
